Thank you, thank you, thank you! This all makes perfect sense. I had always wondered why my dieting exploits never worked out the way I anticipated...now I know why!

I wish they would teach this sort of thing in high school PE classes. This is the information children need to be armed with to live healthy lives.

You could not be more correct about the value of setting goals and reviewing them daily. Without goals, how do you evaluate success vs. failure?

I suppose it was sports that taught me about goals initially, but I put them to use every day in business.

Set goals.
Review daily.
Evaluate success / failure.
Repeat.

"MY name is Daniel Moser, I was a world-class athlete I am also a current Fitness Center Owner I won my first phisique contest when I was 14 years old and my last when I was 30 years old I was Born in Wisconsin
and moved to Venice Beach California when I was 18 years old, to persue a bodybuilding carreer. I am happily married for 15 beautiful years and I have been blessed with two high school age children contests won Mr. California Mr. USA Mr. Pacific USA. Hawaii Western USA amoung others. When I was an athlete in competition I thought I had tried it all.. I studied nutrition took nutrition classes and tried every diet that exisited. The lowest body fat
that I could reach was 5% and on occasion mabe 4% or so,and if I cut calories I would lose precious muscle mass and strength dropping my weight class
down a notch, there was another problem in order to get my abs ripped,
I would lose ¾” to an 1” off my arms. And in doing this I would narrowly
win my meet, until one day I was privileged to meet Wayne Hoover and Frank Zane, both legends in the sport. I shared with them my problems with my body fat levels they taught me some very special things, after first listing
to them I thought "yea right" there is nothing that you can teach me.. However they said just try what we are going to teach you for your next contest, I did.. and everything changed for me my body fat was so low it could only be measured by underwater weighting..and The rest is as they say “ Is History”

I release that 99.99% of you are not competitive athletes, most people only need to lose 30-50 lbs (something by the way is very simple if you know how to do it) however over the years I have perfected this program so that anyone could lose weight, I tested it and perfected on real people inventing great tasting low carbohydrate menues dozens of desert recipies, and was my work for 20-25 years until I got it right. I held a weight loss challenge at my fitness center and everyoue lost at least 10-15 lbs I had so many people trying to pick my brain I didnt have the time to talk
to people one on one any more So I put a program into a day by day step by step program that anyone with the desire to lose weight could benifit from./ I realised that I had to market it for the world. You have heard it before, just cut back on calories and you will lose weight..

Right…?

Well there lies the problem after you cut back on your
calories your body will adapt, and adapt fast to what you have
been feeding it, if you go from 1800 calories down to lets say..
1500 calories you may lose some weight for the short term, however your
body adapts to the lesser caloric intake and in order to lose more weight,
you need to cut back more and more until you finally give up in despair.
binging and eating until you have not only gained the few pounds that you lost but another 5-8 extra pounds. just sit back and Imagine yourself having the body of your dreams everyday, in the very near future. Being successful at whatever you do. Performing at peak levels and being the very person that you always dream't
yourself to be. Put an end to your low energy. And instead be wondering what to do with your new you. Imagine hitting your goals and achieving amazing results that make people look at you with awe.

5 Simple Fat-Loss Rules

By Daniel Moser

Owner Sweat's Fitness Center

There is an old saying in the health and fitness industry, “You can't out train a bad diet.” In other words, the diet is 80% of how much weight you lose, of how you feel and look, how much energy that you have, etc. I firmly believe that you are what you eat. If you eat a diet of empty calories (junk) that is how you will
feel and look. I always say if you can't pick it off a tree, dig it out of the ground, shoot it with a rifle, catch it with a hook and sinker then you should not eat it. Sure, there are times when the temptations of opening
a bag of chips or going to a fast food restaurant are almost unavoidable but make sure that they are planned ahead of time. I believe that being healthy and staying healthy is very simple process. Take a look at these five simple steps:

1. Take a look at how much you are eating now.

2. If you are not losing weight or heading toward your goals, adjust your diet accordingly.

3. Eat plenty of fruits, nuts, fish, chicken, eggs and vegetables. Don't eat from a box or a bag, These
foods are dead and have no or very little nutritional value.

4. Give your self one treat "meal" per week to look forward to. Don't make it a treat "day". Just one meal to
look forward to.

5. Plan ahead by spending a few hours on the weekend to plan your meals for the week. Try cooking it all at
once and putting the prepared food in containers for later. All it takes is a little effort for a big return.

Most people really do pretty good on steps 1-3 but mess up on step 4. Don't continue eating all day long, just one meal per week. By following my advice, you won't really feel like you are depriving yourself of eating some of the foods that you want. Secondly, if you know that you can have a bowl of ice cream on Saturday you will be more committed on your diet on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Also, watch your
snacking around the house when relaxing or watching T.V. Plan ahead with snacks like fresh vegetables, hot air popcorn or other low calorie foods. Remember to stay away from fruit drinks or other condensed drinks which usually have high concentrations of sugar and low nutritional value.

Combine my 5 Simple Rules with a least 3 workouts per week (resistance and interval training) and you will have a very manageable fat-loss plan.
